hey, what’s up everybody, i’m sheesh. music is my passion; it’s what i live for and it’s what gets me through my days. i started playing guitar at the age of 13 after hearing blink-182’s’ album “Enema of the State”, and from there branched off into many different musical directions. i count my current inspirations as the red hot chilli peppers, john mayer, angels and airwaves, guster, bright eyes, jack johnson, brand new, and dave matthews (to name a very few amount of many; everything i listen to adds to my appreciation and taste for music).
a few years ago i started writing songs about things i wanted to express, and well, as a few of my friends who’ve heard them can tell you, they were pretty damn shitty. i never really started taking the craft seriously up until the last few months. i love the music that changes my days. i love music that can take me from being in a a weird-confused unsavory mood into one of blissful joy. my goal is to write music of that nature. songs people can listen to over and over and then feel the way that i felt when i wrote them. i want everyone who reads this to know that you are not alone. there’s just people just like me and you out there in the world who deal with the same sort of issues. so please take a listen to my music, and if you get a chance throw me a line about what you think of it.
